In Depth Vision Improvement

I want to share with you experiences that I have had with genuine in depth Vision Improvement.

About 8 years ago I did a training course for Optometrists by Robert Michael Kaplan . Robert Michael is an optometrist himself and I did 8 hrs training over two consecutive evening as part of ongoing professional education for Optometrists.

What happened to me over those two evening I find remarkable even today.

Robert took us through his philosophy which is a very alternative new age perspective. He went through various exercises that he gives to his clients, and also the psychological work that he feels is essential.

His basic philosophy is that problems with vision are a physical manifestation of psychological and spiritual imbalances with the psyche.

You have to realise that over these two evenings we didn’t do any of the work that he advises his clients to go through. All we did was talk about the psychological journey and learn about the exercises.

Prior to this course I was a little short sighted. Right eye was -1.00 and Left eye was -1.25.

The day after finishing the course my eyes felt quite strained in my glasses. I retested my eyes and found that they had improved dramatically. Right eye was -0.25 and Left eye was -0.50.

Eight years later my prescription for short-sightedness has stayed the same. What blows me away is that I didn’t actually do any exercises or deep psychological work all I did was talk about it!

If that isn’t intriguing enough, I also want to share with you the experience of one of my clients.

Ruth ( not her real name) was in her mid thirties and had been seriously short-sighted all her life. She was about -6.00 in each eye.

Ruth was interested in Eastern Philosophy, although Jewish by upbringing. She was determined to improve her vision and a course by a well know Indian Guru on vision improvement caught her attention.

She travelled to the ashram in India for an intense two week course. As part of the training she did meditation, intense eye exercises, chanting and spiritual training with the Guru.

She had an incredible adventure in India, including life changing culture shock. The most profound event was a near death experience.

She has quite severe asthma and suffered an overwhelming attack while on the ashram. She felt her life slipping away as she gasped for air in the sick bay. She was saved when the Guru performed hands on healing.

When she came back, I checked her and her prescription had halved to around -3.00 in each eye.

What do these two experiences have in common?

I believe it is possible to improve vision but it is not through UP DOWN RIGHT LEFT kind of exercises.

I can’t tell you what you will need to do, but it seems to involve a journey into the psyche, changing of beliefs and some kind of healing. It involves what I call in depth vision improvement. Here is an interesting site that covers some of the more esoteric issues.

If you have any experiences to share I would love to hear them.

The best program I have come across is the Goodrich Method. This was started by an Australian, Janet Goodrich. Since her death the work has been carried on by her daughter.

I have supported a number of people who have used this method and they have achieved the best results.
